Position : Business Travel Consultant Job location : Narimon Point, Mumbai Department : Global operations Shift : 24 * 7 Working Days: 5 (Rotational Weekly off) Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Deliver prompt & consistently high-quality customer service to all stakeholders • Booking corporate travel in accordance with corporate policy to meet client objectives • Ability to process refunds/exchanges/cancellations & customer service queries • Design complex itineraries & have a deep knowledge of international ticketing & pricing • Familiarize yourself with new technology platforms used for corporate travel • To make reservations for flights, hotels and car hire using Sabre (GDS) . • To quote and issue published airfares, split ticketing and net fares in Sabre . • Book low cost carriers via the internet and add passive sectors in Amadeus • Book hotels and flights with preferred suppliers. • Quote & book and issue global rail content using the Internet & GDS. • Advise visa requirements and use preferred supplier to process any applications. • Maintain good contact with clients by telephone & E-mail. • Ensure invoices issued correctly and distributed according to client profile. • Ensure complete accuracy when entering management statistical information and amending any errors quickly. • Report any errors with speed to your Team Leader/Manager Qualifications • Strong communication skills both verbal & written are a must • 5-7 years experience with a global TMC or in Corporate Travel • Proficiency within Sabre • Experience with working in cross-functional work teams across the globe • Ability to work well under pressure • Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word) • College or University degree preferred Kindly check and share your updated CV with the following details : Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period: Reason of Change
