We are searching for an engineer for our R&D department. This engineer designs, develops and implements new products, processes, test methods and equipment. This is a great position to learn and to grow in your engineering career. Responsible for concept generation, design, development and evaluation of new products, materials and technologies
1. Lead and direct routine compliance functions related to product development and manufacturing of current products in R&D Center. 2. Perform as proactive liaison with other organizational departments. 3. Manage advanced product development program, improved materials or manufacturing processes. 4. Develop test methods, standards and protocols supporting implementation of new material designs. 5. Develop, conduct and analyze research and development studies. 6. Contribute in yearly competitive product teardowns and analysis. 7. Develop and present various standard and ad hoc reports related to R & D projects. 8. Participate in appropriate training programs to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company standards. 9. Manage, coordinate and provide assistance with special projects as needed. 10. Plan, schedule and coordinate resources to prepare proper documentation consistently with company objectives. 11. Resolve engineering problems with engineering expertise at component through system level. 12. Utilizing existing test protocols and develops new through conducting testing. 13. Execute broad engineering knowledge to design and development new products, product changes and enhancements. 14. Monitor and control programs to ensure smooth operations and identify issues if any. 15. Ensure to resolve all identified problems. 16. Supervise Purchase and Stores department. 17. Initial workflow and introduction training to new joiners. 18. Allocation of works to subordinates. 19. Conduct internal audit. 20. Checking quality control. 21. Checking all system and software. 22. Department approval authority of team members in terms of leave permission. 23. Providing technical performance report about team members to HR department. 24. Planning for higher level training and send proposal to management. 25. Product /course proposal to T&D department.
